- Express 1–3 business days — available at checkout for metro areas
- AUS only We ship within Australia only at this time

Returns
- 30 days Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Condition Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Our fault Wrong or damaged item? We cover return shipping
- Refunds Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving return

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes for standard delivery. Express delivery may not be available for PO boxes in all regions.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to help. Email us ASAP at support@supplydesk.com.au with your order number.
Do you offer invoices with GST breakdown?
Yes. Tax invoices (with ABN and GST breakdown) are automatically sent to your email address after purchase — suitable for business expense claims.
Can I get a quote for a large / recurring order?
